Return and Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving reasons or paying penalties (EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

How to return an item?

1. Contact us at support@wavora.shop with your order number.
2. We will provide the return address.
3. Return the product in its original packaging, unused, within 14 days of your withdrawal declaration.
4. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Refund

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return or proof of shipment, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Products Excluded from Withdrawal

All products sold on wavora.shop may be returned under the right of withdrawal, except for unsealed or used products.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48h with photos at support@wavora.shop. We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
